PRISM Technical Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) developed and operates the WorkPulse
mobile application (the “App”). The App is offered to organizations (“Clients”) as part of our
subscription-based software services. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected,
used, and protected when end users (“you”) use the App through their employer or organization.

By using WorkPulse, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information — Name, employee code, email, phone number, designation, and department as provided by your organization.
• Location Data — GPS coordinates during attendance check-in/check-out to verify your presence at the work site. Background location may be used if enabled by your organization.
• Device Information — Device model, operating system, app version, and a generated device identifier for security purposes.
• Attendance & Work Data — Punch timestamps, leave requests, task updates, and related work records.
• Notification Tokens — Push notification token for delivering alerts and updates to your device.

Biometric Data: The App supports fingerprint and Face ID for login convenience.
Biometric data is processed entirely on your device and is never collected, stored, or transmitted by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide attendance tracking and verification services
• To deliver notifications regarding approvals, tasks, and announcements
• To enable HR and payroll features for your organization
• To secure your account through device binding and authentication
• To maintain and improve the App

3. Data Ownership & Sharing

All employee and organizational data entered into WorkPulse belongs to the subscribing organization (Client).
We act as a service provider and process data on behalf of the Client.

• Your data is accessible to authorized administrators within your organization.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) solely to deliver push notifications.
• We may disclose data if required by law or legal process.

4. Data Security

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Each organization’s data is stored in isolated database environments.
• Authentication tokens are stored securely on-device using platform-provided secure storage.
• Access to data is controlled through role-based permissions.

5. App Permissions

• Location — For attendance verification at work sites.
• Biometric — For secure, quick login (processed on-device only).
• Notifications — To receive real-time alerts and updates.
• Internet — To communicate with servers.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as the subscribing organization maintains an active subscription and
as required by applicable laws. Upon termination of a subscription, data handling follows the
terms agreed with the Client.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your
organization’s HR administrator. You can also revoke location or notification permissions at any
time through your device settings, which may affect App functionality.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for use by employees of subscribing organizations and is not directed at
individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page
with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
